About possibility of creating integrative physiology on the basis of scaling fractal mechanisms of process development in interconnecting functional subsystems for bio immunity rehabilitation of people.

Described principle approach of scaling fractal mechanisms of process development in interconnecting functional subsystem is in global approach (inter subject coordination and revealing of steady regularities) of analysis of social life occurrences, business, politics and so on and is the methodology of short-long prognosis and accepting of optimal decisions.

Mechanism is developed for clearing situations when small scale timing activity is beginning to influence upon large scale picture, localization and classification of special process points, frequency-timing character of occuring changes.

Scaling- method of scaling transformation for research of system behaviour near not equivalent point, which is able to predict its place and further evolution in time near critical point. Slow change of parameters of interacting systems is analysed under the action of reverse connection and fast passages into the other balance state are defined with the usage of method of analysis of hierarchy interacting subsystems.

Suggested scheme is universal in the same manner applied for description of operational structure of motion acts of any mechanical, physical, biological, economical or social modality.

May be this approach will be given by the possibility to translate uncertain thoughts about clinical form into more scientific and even mathematical language.

Complex systems are anti intuitive and behave contrary to simple, on which our personal experience is based.

Complex system has variety of interacting loops of reverse connection. Internal streams in it are governed by nonlinear relations as with positive reversed connection. In a complex system the reason may be far away from the consequence. In fact, the reasons are not in previous states, but in structure and system control. Jumping changes are possible in such systems. Great difficulty of long prognosis of behaviour of such systems is obliged by this and the actuality of making fast reacting system with reverse connection.
